In my 20 years of coaching entrepreneurial teams, I have heard countless stories of useless planning sessions. Either the participants did not accomplish nearly what they wanted to, or there was no follow-up accountability mechanism in place.
As you move into Annual Planning for 2025, you need a system and a process to achieve a great outcome and build a solid plan that connects strategy and execution. To do that, you need a system, a collaborative process, and an expert to lead your session.
