Welcome to June!

It is hard to believe that we are rapidly approaching the midpoint of the year. In my business coaching practice, I am working with all my clients to review, evolve, and plan for the second half of 2025.

Here are the key things you should focus on now to maintain momentum into the second half of the year and achieve a great outcome:

✅ Review your Annual Plan, both metrics and priorities.
-Is the plan still feasible, given today’s reality? Remember, you most likely built this plan back in December. Things are very different domestically and globally. Evolve your plan if needed.

✅Review your growth strategy.
-Is your strategy still valid, or do you need to evolve it? Map it out over 3 years (12 quarters). Mapping the strategy brings it to life and fosters confidence within your team.

✅Identify the Top 5 Priorities for the second half of the year.
-After evolving your annual plan, validating and mapping your strategy, identify the top 5 key things that need to happen for your annual plan to be completed. These are big thrusts, the needle movers. These need to be big and inspiring. Remember, the bigger the goal, the fewer things you need to do!

✅Team and Resources
-Do you have the right team and resources to accomplish this? Even the best-planned strategy will fail if your team is not built to deliver. You need a team of all A-Players that believe in and are inspired by your purpose/mission and believe in the plan. Get them focused on the right things, then step out of their way.

✅Ensure you have sufficient fuel in the tank.
-Map your cash in days. Check your receivables, collect what is owed you, and utilize the terms your vendors have graciously granted you. Be good stewards of your cash because, without fuel to burn, your engine will stall.

✅Over-communicate the plan.
-Ensure your team remains cohesive, transparent, and aligned with the plan. Check in with the team every week and keep them healthy with a daily huddle.

Please send me a message if you’d like to discuss your plan.
