Seasoned Veterans Still Learn…
Has your business plateaued? Has your team stopped growing? If so… maybe it’s time to look in the mirror.
Earlier this month, I spent two days in Scottsdale with five of my coaching colleagues, learning as professionals, growing as individuals, and deepening already strong relationships.
These colleagues have been serving high-growth clients for years and are, by all measures, experts in their craft. What makes them exceptional, though, isn’t just their experience. It’s their hunger to keep learning, their commitment to practice, and their willingness to do the hard work required to stay relevant.
The world is changing faster than ever. If we want to stay effective, we must stay nimble. We must evolve. Otherwise, we wither.
I love learning, which is why time with “My Group” is an investment I’ll keep making again and again. Even after 21 years of business coaching, I’m still hungry to be better, so I can help my clients be better.
Jim Collins coined the term “Good to Great.” As coaches, that’s the daily journey. It never stops.
Keep learning. Stay curious. Show up better every year.
Many thanks to the colleagues in the room that day…
