Yesterday was video production day at Keith Upkes Coaching, and what could have been a high-stress experience turned into one of the most enjoyable and rewarding days we’ve had in a while.
There was a lot that went into it:

We’re a Business Coaching firm, not a video production company, so we partnered with a talented young entrepreneur who specializes in video production. She made the entire process seamless for us.
