Last week in Tampa was one of those reminders of why we love this work.
We spent time with an incredible group of entrepreneurs who are thoughtful, curious, and generous with their ideas and experiences. The conversations were real, energizing, and the kind that stay with you long after the retreat ends.
We had the opportunity to present Cowboy Math during our workshop and loved watching the concepts click as leaders connected strategy, numbers, and decision-making in a whole new way. Those moments are why we do what we do.
And of course, it wasn’t all workshops and whiteboards.
Between a craft beer tour, a hat-making class, celebrating at Gasparilla Pirate Festival, and some truly incredible dinners, the week struck that perfect balance of learning, connection, and fun.
