I often think of leading a company as one long road trip. You don’t just hop in the car and start driving. You answer these questions first: Where should we go? What do we need? What do we already have? What obstacles might we have along the way? Who’s in charge of what? How will we know when we get there?  

As your coach, we’ll answer these questions together. And I’ll help you go on a road trip that’s one for the bucket list. Here’s how:

Then we’ll dig deeper to understand your culture, which is of course guided by people. How will we build a high-performing team? How do we cultivate a thirst for learning and growth? Based on your culture, we’ll identify your ideal team player and assess how we create a cohesive team.

Here’s where we’ll look out past the horizon and think about where you really want to go. We’ll paint a vivid description with financial targets. We’ll get creative about how we get there. We’ll create a strategy—the route we want to take.
